Fresno, CA & Oakland, CA – 5/14/09 – ShoWare™ by VisionOne, Inc has officially launched the ticketing system for one of their newest clients, The Crucible.

The Crucible is a non-profit educational facility that fosters a collaboration of Arts, Industry and Community. Through training in the fine and industrial arts, The Crucible promotes creative expression, reuse of materials and innovative design while serving as an accessible arts venue for the general public.

The Crucible began on January 15th, 1999 with a grant of $1,750 and the energy of a few dedicated creative people committed to making art accessible to all and providing a space for artisans to work and explore.  Over the years, they have thrived through the generosity of our members, private donors and organizations, and the immense dedication of their volunteers and supporters. Together, they have brought the positive creative force of art into our community, each year introducing more people to the rewards of creating with their hands and imagination.

The Crucible continues to provide an enormous amount of classes in a wide variety of art focuses, many different youth programs, corporate teambuilding seminars, a large art gallery, and a wide variety of live events including performing arts, fashion shows, and festivals.
